I worked at OTTO full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It's a good place for someone who want to learn and practice Ruby on rails, even though you are a beginner of programming. Company provides one month training course for every new employee to know what product they provide and what techs they are using.

    Cons

Low salary. Only focus on project, not care about the technical accumulation of colleagues. Too many meetings.

    I worked at OTTO

    Pros

Job comfort means job security, and that can lead to less anxiety. Without the constant worry and stress of losing your job or trying to over-perform to keep your job, you live and work your day-to-day with relative ease. You can voice your opinion without fear of repercussions. You can put away for your retirement or send Jane to private school. In an era when a good many people are unemployed, any sense of job... comfort can instill a deep sense of gratitude, fortune and luck

    Cons

Job comfort likely also means you get along with your co-workers, which is the greatest indicator of job satisfaction. You look forward to going to work, joke with your colleagues and get to avoid the dreaded office politics and manipulations. And when you don’t have to deal with snarky or inefficient co-workers, you’re also more productive and happier and healthier at your job.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps you can take a little longer after lunch and start a blog. Or maybe you take the hour before quitting time to land a side gig and make some extra cash. Or maybe you just use the openings in your schedule to de-stress. You can shut your doors and your eyes and start a meditation habit. Ah, the possibilities!
