      Pros

      Amazing, fun, intelligent people. Awesome culture. One day we turned the conference room into a ping-pong table and held a tournament. Every holiday and birthday was celebrated with decorations and treats and usually some form of liquor. Fun, interesting work.

      Cons

      OTX was bought by Ipsos and a lot of things changed... The culture is now very different...

      Pros

      Pick and drop facility to all the employees Powerful desktop machine to work on Multiple product line and technology used.

      Cons

      Poor and egoistic management, interact very less with employees except few. Bad food. Open seats, like sitting on a dining table. Poor finance department.
