      Superbly run company who care and listen to their employees. Regular praise with a high priority given to teamwork.

      Pros

      I am given the freedom, and encouraged, to be entrepreneurial in my role both in terms of how I work with the customers but also the management of my area. The people I work with are great, very friendly and all share the company goals to achieve more and continually improve.

      I honestly do not have any cons about working for OX.
