      "No database- can barely call themselves a recruiting firm"

      none - do not believe the pros below, working here taught me how to NOT run a company

      Cons

      - No database to look up clients/ track clients that was promised in the interview process (apparently this was also promised to employees who had been there for years- it will never happen) - zero perks - zero lack of well being the CEO is only focused on revenue and doesn't care who's getting that revenue/ how - no learning experiences AT ALL

      Good place to learn the recruiting business and process of doing deals.

      Cons

      Very low commission structure, having jobs to recruit for is not consistent, bad culture, micromanagement, you will be chasing to get out of your draw the entire time.
