      Readily available assistance, anyone with the brokerage is willing to help a person in need, relevant training and topics covered in meetings, broker has property management company & is also a contractor and having these as available assets is great for potential clients

      Need to find just a few better lead sources, individual business planning follow up and guidance would be helpful for long term growth

      Management is always available. They answer all your questions and take ownership of your clients. I admire the management team. They are always seeking ways to educate us and provide us with tools for our success. I enjoy the unity and collaboration culture we have.
