      There are some really good people that, despite everything, keep the show on the road.

      Literally everything else. Do not, under any circumstances, make the mistake of accepting a job at this sinking ship.

      I started my role here at Occlutech just before the pandemic, so I have worked at home the whole duration so there was less team interaction

      Could be an innovative interesting company but mgmt runs people down

      Cons

      No investment in people, people are controlling, no development opportunities, everything is focused on costs, people do things because they are scared not because they are engaged in the company, you can trust no one, managers don't support their staff, no respect for people
