OPT has a great list of core values on its website however be warned they do not follow any of them. They treat employees like they are disposable. They do not provide bonus's or yearly increases. They give out RSU's that are never going to be worth anything. They fire people to make it seem like they are changing things up so that the stock holders don't revolt. The Chairman is a devious manipulator who has been puppeteering this company for too many years. He should be over thrown just like he did to the entire leadership team time and time again, take a look he is the last one standing after all these years. I would never advise anyone to work here. You will not grow, you will not learn, you will be paid under fair market value, you will never get your bonus, the products don't sell, they waste shareholder money and they are not transparent with the employees, Recently they gave everyone unlimited vacation - that sounds great? They did that so they didn't have to pay out un-used vacation when people leave or are terminated. Every decision they make is for the company benefit. They never consider employee's and their benefit.
