      Pros

      Best onboarding experience so far that I've ever had. Well planned, supported and executed onboarding program. Very welcoming peers and manager/mentor.

      Cons

      I'm only new so nothing to report on a cons front. There is a lot of onboarding content to get through but hey, that's the nature of onboarding so I'm not complaining.

      The culture is amazing. They share the company handbook publicly, and I can honestly say they follow through on everything they promise. I have the utmost respect for the leadership team, and their transparency is refreshing. If you want to do some of your best work ever with a team of amazing humans, apply to work at Octopus Deploy.

      Cons

      I'm sorry, there really isn't a negative. I am the happiest I have ever been at a company.
