Weekly Pay, CFO is great

Cons

Benefits are horrible, hours are long, owner is unstable, president was recently let go. Sales have plummeted, their operations is a mess, bad reputation for selling accident cars even with clean car faxes, company will go out of business before long, stay away!

Mean and unfair management, starts from the Owner who is an uneducated thug! Then his CEO who he pays over one million dollars a year. A street punk who has zero compassion for anyone and drives a Lamborghini , he parks it up front where all the sales people can see it and says You all need to work more hours and sell more so I can buy another one. He is an absolute moron. Abuses people!

very poor overall culture very unethical lacking values, starting with corporate execs poor communication poor vision poor leadership all about making money from customers poor morale little to no support, development, advancement of skills or career don't see this place being around all that long in this day and age
