      Free snacks, free food on fridays, good work environment.

      Cons

      Work load varies, if you finish your route early u are not paid for the whole day, app is slow.

      Somewhat nice people, somewhat helpful.

      Unprofessional environment, unfair work loads for certain individuals and was even told by an employee she felt harassed by manager.

      Nothing brings people together like snacks, and nothing brings a company down more than bad management.

      Pros

      Chef provides good lunches for staff.

      Cons

      Company overcharges and overstocks clients with unnecessary product. They don't provide you with process training, it just comes up when there is an issue. They do not care about the safety of their drivers, never checking on van compliance. Warehouse inventory is completely wrong, they provide false information to their clients each day. Owner has no clue about HR policies and breaks them each day.
