      - Social events are fun and well organized mostly because the executive management is alcoholic ... no really - Hybrid wfh/office structure - Office has a slide

      Cons

      - Terrible HR controls - Reported a (physically threatening) abuse case and no action was taken - Low wages - Claims to be a tech/AI company (its not a tech company by any stretch) - Misleading their customers with false expectations

      Poor operations management and poor COO communication

      Lovely employees and some wonderful heads of departments such as head of Finance and Product.

      Cons

      Poor communication and lack of experience from the head of operations. Treating members as a burden rather then a vital part of the organisation.
