The only pro was eliminated when a full time RTO was enforced … except for a handful of service offices that continue to work remotely permanently. These employees obviously have a higher level of job satisfaction. Do not apply here thinking you’re ever going to achieve any work life balance or be a part of any modern decision making. Every decision made by this organization aims to take us back to the 80s and keep us stuck there. You will likely never have a hybrid or remote schedule. BWC picked select special offices to treat entirely different than the rest of its employees and those people are the only ones who will ever see a remote career and they are the ones leaving positive reviews. Upper management does not care about the happiness of the employees, nor do they have interest in creating a fair environment.
