      A Slow, Steady, Painful Decline

      Pros

      A decent point solution if your biggest business challenge is pulling content from social channels. Used to be a leader in the space but sold out and lost its identity and purpose.

      Cons

      Shocking management. HR driven organisation that cares more about red tape than sales. Toxic atmosphere and a failing culture.

      Pros

      Working with the company was a rewarding experience before it got bought. Lots of role challenges, experience and a window for growth if you wanted it. Thank god for people of similar mindset! Positive outlooks and a pleasant environment.

      Cons

      Since the acquisition it all went down hill! Clicky teams, no forward learning, over worked, business expectation was unrealistic. Snr Management had no idea about what was really going on around them, left things to fester before action was taken to address employee issues. Just disappointing to see the moral of staff diminish hugely in a short space of time and the general feel of love for what the company used to be was just not there anymore.
