      If you disassociate enough, you can convince yourself that you are part of something meaningful.

      Cons

      If you're BIPOC, joining this company means sacrificing everything you've worked for as a designer. Their system inflicts a slow, insidious harm on workers—especially women and Black and Brown professionals—who have fought relentlessly to succeed. In the end, every promise they make serves only the interests of a hidden board that prioritizes profit over people.
