Pros

1. Not much extra work once you go home or on weekends. 2. Coffee machine 3. Evening snacks 4. Yearly outings 5. Carrom & Foosball table 6. Abhishek's shrewdness & business sense Want an easy life with not much hasles and don't have high ambitions, join Oliveboard!

Cons

1. There's no such thing as promoton here. If your behavior aligns with that of the founders, means if you can work without asking questions, only then you'll be recognized. You just cannot grow here. Just check the LinkedIn of its employees. You'll find a lot of them working from few years, with the same job title. 2. A lot of things are very secritive here. You just come every day, do the mundane, monotonus work and leave. You'll be called only when your performance is down and no communication on the larger objectives your work is helping the company achieve. 3. Too much interference by one of the founders. And the guy is very famous for that in the entire office (everyone jokes about it) and he takes actual pride in doing that. 4. Very money minded. Will offer you peanuts but at the same time expect you to produce giant elephants every time you open your laptop. 5. All the tools have been made in-house. Which means they're very outdated, cumbersum and error-prone. But guess that isn't an important area of concern for the management. 6. People are watched for the time they spend off their tables. But this is not particularly the founders' fault as in starting the culture was good but then people started taking advantage so they had to do it. 7. No feedback from associates for managers, who've consistently been proven to be good for nothing. This point has been kept in front of the founders but nothing happens. 8. You'll never feel your contributions to be worthy enough as associates are never asked to contribute to the product, company's objectives or even generic processes.

Pros

Colleagues and teammates were fun to work with. However, most of them are just college pass-outs who have no real work experience. Office parties and outings were enjoyable.

Cons

1. No work-life balance. 2. Poor salaries and low appraisals 3. Terrible management who love to micro-manage your work 4. No incentives or motivation to work, one team doesn't know what the other is doing. 5. Breaks are a big issue for management. They want you to have no life outside of work. 6. Last and the biggest, if you're a woman, expect to get no maternity leave as they may fire you, give you no benefits, not even wfh
