      Pros

      I like what they do as a company, giving back to society, donations to charity

      Cons

      Didn't feel valued for the work I've done, management wasn't great at all, all my work was not recognised and no input of improvement was given by my managers, then i was let go all of a sudden, like being strangers again, let go when not needed, when they don't see any use in you anymore

      Pros

      The people - seriously bright and passionate, also some of the nicest people I have worked with for a long time. The mission - whilst a commercially focussed business, it’s all done with the greater good in mind. Omaze helps charities raise money for phenomenal causes. Culture - i haven’t found a culture this good in over 10 years. So positive, open and collaborative - everyone genuinely has each others backs. When you work so hard humour and fun is a priority.

      Pros

      Omaze is a well-run company with a real purpose to make a meaningful change in the world. The leadership are passionate and committed to this vision, and progress is made via thought-through initiatives. I think all of my colleagues demonstrate a very high level of competency in their respective fields and it makes for a great team.

      Cons

      From my perspective there aren't really any cons, certainly not compared to other places that I've worked. It's a bit busy sometimes.
