HR needs some serious work, even after hiring more staffs, turnover is still highest in the company - suggesting a systematic issue with management. Managers within the company are hypocrites, friendly and welcoming till the point when you resign and automatically you become the company’s number one enemy. CEO doesn’t have a clue on people’s management, and only gossiping around with his son to know about company issues on the ground.

My experience at Omni Plus System Limited was disappointing. The workplace culture is filled with assumptions and unverified rumors, and there appears to be a pattern of mistreatment toward employees who may not be part of their circle or choose to resign. Instead of fostering a professional and respectful environment, the top management he himself often resorts to gossip and negative propaganda, which undermines team morale and trust. There is a serious need for leadership change to reflect on the values of integrity and professionalism if they hope to retain talent and improve their reputation.
