Pros

There is unlimited amounts of work, but once they know you will take one poorly paying load, they take full advantage of you and you end up making less than if the gravy was equally dispersed.

Cons

This can be a dangerous job. The company provides training to avoid injury, but when you're hauling 20 tons of motor blocks, what do you do when you pull the pin on the back door?

Steady work, good people, something just about any guy can do, great training potential if you want to work with heavy equipment

Cons

Dirty and have to work outside rain shine or snow. This could be miserably hot or cold or in the wet. Can be very dangerous depending on your job and who works around You.

The benefits are great and plenty of opportunities to learn and advance within the company. Plenty of over time if your compitent and willing.

Cons

It can be very dangerous and hard to work around coworkers that just don't care or are very incompetent or lazy.
