      Pros

      There are no pro. It is a sweat shop in an office.

      Cons

      Management is the problem. They are racist and sexist. They speak to staff like you are stupid. Extremely disrespectful to everyone. They cover up all reports of abuse and labour board violations. You must be a yes person to work here. Management have HUGE Egos ago only care about themselves and their bonuses. No value to any employee here.

      - Friendly workers and decent conversation and friendships can be made

      Cons

      - upper management is horrible - CEO is arrogant and is a bit of a weenie, lacks a strong character of a leader. Abit of a self absorbed Karen archetype who seemingly can’t control his emotions. - Management don’t really know what they are doing and how to do things and rely on passing responsibility down to the chain of command. -They don’t seem to even follow their own company values that they preach so highly. - Toxic work environment

      - Dress Casual - Manager (Polly) was amazing

      - No support from upper management - Severely tight deadlines - No training was given - Severely unorganized - Bad employee turnaround rate (most people are only there for 3-6 months before they leave)
