Pros

Nothing ! absolutely nothing! This place is a complete scam, using desperate kids with no college degrees to make money for the owners and nothing else

Cons

During the interview and the first 2 days of training they make this place seem like the wolf of wallstreet. Guys screaming in the morning meeting chanting and the CEO handing out money for questions you get right and what not. After the training is done is when the fun part starts. Your entire day consists of calling nothing else but lawyers and reading a script as fast as you can before the person tells you to screw off or that they are calling the cops because the company is harrasing them. This place is a complete scam like many other so called marketing companies in Miami. They promis you so much money when all you get is 300 dollars a week to work from 9-5 and 9-3 on Fridays. Also the client list that they provide to you when you first start are people that all new employees have called and had no success so prepare to get yelled and cursed at. STAY AWAY!!!!! Do yourself a favor and actually read all the bad reviews because they are not exagerating at all. This place should be shut down it is a complete SCAM

Pros

Getting to go home at 3 on Friday.

Cons

Owner treats employee's like garbage and thinks handing out a few dollars at team meetings is the best thing since sliced bread. Guarantee you that with some hard work your will be making lots and lots of money. Not true at all! That means harassing business owners and lawyers. If you're not into that type of sale you'll be fired quickly. Calling the same leads all day long and getting hung up on and yelled at by really upset lawyers that you target. they can't even provide the services they say they can except putting business' in some directories and writing fake reviews for them. $300 a week and residuals if the customer actually pays and doesn't fire the company. The owner is a rude immature and the managers are even worse. Stay away, don't care how desperate you are for a job, STAY CLEAR of this boiler room. BTW every review that is 5 star if fake. they make their own reviews. I am someone who never writes reviews but this is necessary for the next person who decides to buy into their b.s. Oh if your family or friends of the owner you get very special treatment. Get a job there and wear a hidden camera and you will make some money on a documentary why people hate getting cold calls. They will respond to this review with the same fake canned responses they always use. FAKE FAKE Positive Reviews!!! trust me.

No room for growth

Pros

Schedule is very nice but not enough time to make sales.

Cons

- no room for growth - not enough money - $300 per week (untaxed) 1099 employment - Don't meet the quota, get terminated - Not an environment that motivates you - Watching videos the first 2 weeks to "motivate" you - Management is very clever when they communicate with employees to make them feel like they are making $. The company pockets alot of the sales. (70%) + residuals.
