Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to see that you find OnceHub a great place to work, a good learning environment, flexible working hours and remote working (WFH). We want to address the point you have made in reference to socializing. As a remote company it can become a bit challenging to socialize, but we still strive to provide great platforms to teams to socialize virtually.
We recently had a global virtual retreat which was really engaging and helped teams to interact cross-functionally. We also manage to organize fun activities, team buildings, fun fridays, happy hour calls, and coffee chat sessions on a regular basis. We have a team that continually reviews our entire employee engagement calendar and we are in the process of launching a lot of other activities related to wellness and wellbeing for our employees. Hopefully we will be able to offer our physical retreats from next year again.
