      Pros

      Overall there have been many improvements making it a really nice place to work. The people working here are truly outstanding. Talented, collaborative and super friendly. The flexibility of working from home is also very positive.

      Cons

      While most projects people working on are interesting and rewarding, occasionally some feels less engaging.
