Many more experienced people have notably mentioned to me that this is one of the best places they worked in, most of the team has more than 2 years experience working here.

Some urgency from the world to start looking into investing of buying into oneconcern. More funding if possible They aren't like a typical bay area startup with high egos, so people who are more strung up on their career will struggle to be happy here
