      Highly stressful environment. No care for structure, systems or process.

      Some nice people. That's about it.

      Cons

      The below review is spot on. Ridiculously understaffed agency and a lot of employees working up to, if not more than, 12h days. Senior management do little to no work. Junior members are constantly left without support. No formal training for new people - a sink or swim mentality. Poorly run projects. Unwelcoming company and constantly bad-mouthing each other.

      Brilliant colleagues. Nice office building.

      OGB is understaffed and support structure lacking. It's quite a stressful place to work, to say the least.
