Beautiful location. Cafeteria. Promotions available.

Cons

Leadership focuses on negative rather than positive reinforement. Pay is low for the high expectations. The culture is very class segrated, sales people and management glorified while docents, servers and maids looked down upon.

Pros

One Ocean is a beautiful property right on the ocean in secluded Atlantic Beach and provides excellent service to its patrons. There is a strong sense of family within the workplace as well. Free lunch is provided to associates and benefits are available for full time employees (30 hrs or more is considered full time)- also a plus.

Cons

Low pay. Room for upward mobility.... at a slow pace and at the company's convenience. Very poor interdepartmental communication and management. Hard work and somewhat lack of coherence in team effort at times.

1. Beach location 2. Lunch & Dinner provided (1 meal per shift) Atompshere is nice Provides somewhat edible lunches and dinners to associates, better than a lot of places Insurance is mediocrely expense, coverage not bad

Cons

1. Condensing and rude management 2. Overtime is constant (and half expected for some reason) Being disrespected is a regular thing, management is chaos, frequently changing services without understanding how it’s affecting associates. The docent team are glorified errand runners at this point, you’re thrown where needed. What’s worse is when something goes wrong, this is the first team to have fingers pointed at despite other departments area of work.
