Pros
Fun environment. The company really takes the time to orientate you around their functions. I went on an annual retreat which really helped me know people across all functions.
Cons
You might have to work 24/7 during the crunch time. I had to work on three weekends in a row as we had weddings to coordinate and wedding fairs to organize.
