Management and communication is poor! No one communicates so that everyone knows what is going on. Equipment maintenance is extremely poor, trucks constantly break down keeping drivers on the side of the road for up to 12 hours. They have no maintenance facilities of their own. They never listen to their drivers about anything and know virtually nothing about dot hours of service rules. Their e log system is the worst I have seen yet and I have been driving for 22 years. Management will lie right to your face and screw you over anytime it suits them. And if a problem arises they will instantly throw a driver under the bus to save themselves.

Wrapping your mind around the auto industry dictating the routes......no big deal !!!
