Pros
The people are great but unfortunately so many have left or been let go in such a short period of time.
Cons
Claims remote first on all platforms but then wants people to come in more regularly and if individuals preferred being productive from home it was frowned upon and reported on. People were asked to be more sociable although they are introverts and find it difficult to socialise as they prefer having their work and life separate but not wanted and also judged by management. No comms prior to team mates being let go. Always a surprise the next day seeing who was let go even if they were a top performers.
