Working at OneStream has been an incredible experience. The company offers a fantastic work-life balance, a competitive salary package, and beautiful office spaces that make each day enjoyable. The community is active, welcoming, and genuinely supportive, creating an environment where collaboration and growth come naturally. What stands out even more is the consistency of this experience. After speaking with colleagues who have been with the company much longer, it’s clear that the passion and positivity I’ve felt during my first nine months are not just a temporary feeling. That energy and enthusiasm seem to last. OneStream is the kind of place that makes you want to contribute and go the extra mile. Not because you’re expected to, but because you truly want to. The culture encourages excellence without pressure, and that’s rare.
Cons
I’m still very happy with the experience and honestly can’t mention any major cons so far. If anything, it would be great if the company offered more salary sacrifice options for high tax payers.
