Many of the people that work here on the customer relations side are all amazing. I loved working with all of my co-workers.

Cons

Management sucks. Everyone running Onix at the management level are completely rude and do not care about their employees. The owners are the same way and are not at all interested in making their employees and customers have a great experience. The pay is also terrible. It takes several years to get to a point where you can actually be comfortable with your pay. Absolutely no room to grow career wise.

There's no work life balance and no growth for you here at Onix Group. Employees don't get opportunities for growth and advancement because what we do is mundane and repetitive. And having too many things to do forces us to sacrifice our work-life balance,
