Pros

The sales people work very hard for the company and are pretty cool. It is so sad how they are treated and scammed with the tales of large commissions which sadly turn out to be only a myth.

Cons

"New commission" plan which is nothing more than a bunch of reasons for them not to pay you. They fired 50% of their sales floor in 1 week! They promise a small salary and then make you work hell weeks which are 12 hour days with no overtime so you can earn more business and make those so called big commissions but good luck ever getting paid. They use any excuse they can to not pay you and even if you do get paid it is very small, takes months, and you never see a commission report. They consistently "maximize the contract" on the back end of their operating leases. BUYER BEWARE if they ever try to "sell" you on a 24 or 36 month lease CAREFULLY READ YOUR CONTRACT and look for the automatic renewal at end of term!!! The only people they scam worse than their customers are their employees.

They've demoted almost all of management employees back to account executives. The only employees that are safe from being terminated ( For the time being ) is Vice President status and up. These guys are DESPERATE to maintain a positive image for the company. They load tons of fake reviews on here to bury the truthful negative reviews. Notice that all the 5 star reviews are posted within the same day, or week?

Cons

Most of them all say the same phrases? EXACTLY! These guys are scam artists. THe only way they are in business is by stealing commissions! They do not promote from within. They've hired 4 executives from outside the company within the last 3 months and fired off 3/4 of their account executives and lower management with tenure over 5 years. They Are despicable!

There is a lot of favoritism between management and their favorite employees. There tends to be quite a bit of “grooming” that goes on. There are also a lot of unspoken expectations as far as off the clock and unpaid interaction with your coworkers goes, makes for an uncomfortable work environment. Everything done is to uphold a very specific image here… notice how every time a bad review is left a bunch of new ones pop up immediately after… because employees are told to leave good reviews to push the bad ones further out of view.
