      Pros

      Steady job and the pay is good. The population is aging and this gave younger employees a chance to quickly climb up but of course they must work hard for it. For engineers, they usually worked from 7:30am/8:00am to 3:00pm/3:30pm so you still have the rest of the day to yourself. The company also takes training seriously.

      Cons

      Darlington was not accessible by public transit for those who do not like to drive. While work can get very busy, people seemed to live a quite laid back life style outside of working hours which for someone young like myself, does not see myself doing.
