Pros
-Hybrid work environment. -Salary is competitive -Family Insurance -Collegues are supportive. -A lot of Growth opportunities and internal certifications to expand your knowledge. -Management encourages great work life balance. Encourages you to take vacations to maintain it. -C Level engages with Indian team, takes feedback and work towards implementing it.
Cons
-Company needs to add some external certifications to improve skills of employees.
Pros
Remote-first policy with decent equipment and flexible hours. Interesting technical challenges, especially in the areas of automation and network. Some smart and dedicated colleagues in technical teams.
Cons
Company culture can feel arrogant and dismissive of individual voices. Management lacks empathy and tends to micromanage or shift priorities without consulting engineers. Psychological safety is low — open criticism is not well received, which discourages honest feedback. Poor handling of long-term health issues. HR and management showed little initiative to resolve an extended medical leave situation, which ultimately led to a mutual termination. Limited career growth and recognition, especially for those not aligned with internal politics. Communication often felt top-down, and transparency was lacking during critical periods.
Pros
Company had a decent culture but not as good as they make it seem. Work life balance was good Great growth potential Pretty cool in-house built technology for SASE Great team with knowledge around Microsoft's security suite.
Cons
I came over as part of a merger with another company in March 2021. Upon the merger, previous service offerings were removed from the portfolio and all the deals I worked on scrapped regardless of where they were at in the pipeline. This caused a snowball effect as the sales org started becoming more lean since no deals were closed. Once this happened, recognized my days were numbered. No feedback was provided ever on performance Opportunities went to people that were favored by upper management Cut out of opportunities mid deal Main Services department is stretched thin to cover all clients Change in direction was pretty common so hard to understand what was supposed to be sold.
Pros
Open Systems AG is one of the best company, I had worked with . No micro management . Manager in India is Supportive .Lots of learning and to grow .
Cons
Nothing Much onserved. Everything was fine
Pros
Having been hired into the labs (R&D) department of Open Systems four months ago, I found a diverse group of motivated engineers. Many are highly specialized (e.g. dedicated teams for CI/CD pipelines, for auth) and follow high coding standards (peer review, good testing practices, frequent rollouts of thousands of devices around the globe). Throughout the company, there is a very high technical knowledge in networking technology and software development. Many people from all departments including management, sales, and recruiting take shifts in our daily operations team and work on the shell to solve customer tickets (there is a 6 months training academy for that). Almost all information is transparent through the company. This allows me as an engineer to understand the bigger context of design decisions made by other teams. Also, from what I have seen in the past, the management does exceptionally well in aligning everyone in the organization on what our goals and challenges are. It's not just a mission statement hanging on every second wall that nobody actually understands. Being a father of a newborn, working 4 days a week in the hybrid model works very well for me. Some days I work from home and some days I use excellent offices with personal desks, plenty of meeting rooms, free drinks/snacks, and playing areas/bars for after-work hours.
Cons
Office location can be sub-optimal to reach depending on where you live.
Pros
Amazing team work, full of smart, motivated, respectful and super friendly people. A lot of benefits and a great training platform. Management really friendly, opened to listen to every people's need and present at the friday clubs!
Cons
I wasn't working here before!
Pros
Decent learning curve. Good Reporting Manager. Company is growing and great potential to grow even big in future. Complete Microsoft Security Stack, Tech is super cool. Possibility to see new things soon.
Cons
Compensation is Bad, Like super Bad. Not recommended for someone who is looking for Long Run. Benefits are Ugly, very Poor. ( Allowance is pretty bad ) Company literally looks for every possible way to do cost cutting. Yearly Hike, very low. No Learning Management System, very shocking to see organization with no sponsorship on education platforms ( Pluralsight, INE, ITProTV, Ran
Pros
- friendly people, focus was always on helping each other rather than finger-pointing - Geeky/startup culture (if you like it) - expanding quite fast due to really favorable market conditions, especially in security
Cons
- due to the expansion, it has undergone a lot of structural changes when I was working there. Management has changed often, departments have been restructured multiple times, many people have left and many people have been hired. The culture wasn't strongly affected, it still remained positive. But from a technical point of view, focus was often changed and objectives redesigned. Nothing dramatic, I still enjoyed it, but it's something that must be taken into account, at least as long as the company keeps expanding
Pros
Pay seems okay Good benefits
Cons
Highly Unstable company, frequent firing without any reason. Zero transparency, fraudsters can easily manipulate C level guys. Spineless management.
