Cons
- There are many Cultures in the Company that takes some time to get used to (Indian ,Swiss, American work cultures don't exactly merge instantly)
Pros
Safe company; no signs of layoffs due to the business nature. Easy to stand out if you want. Unlimited PTO. Not much work so work/life balance can be quite goos
Cons
Compensation is terrible. Company burns money and then gets upset when their profit margin isn’t as good as it can be.
Pros
I personally feel that there are few things we look for when we judge a good place to work 1. Work life balance 2. Technical growth 3. Monetary growth 4. Professional growth 5. Accountability 6. Accessibility 7. Your voice being heard 8. Opportunity to prove individual’s knowledge and capability If you work for Open systems, you got this all.. everyone at the firm is available for you 24*7 whether it’s your manager , director or the HR and accounts team Another good thing about the company is equality.. you do a Mission control Shift (NOC) …your manger does it.. and so does his manager which implies we are same platform. One last thing is the reachability .. you can ping anyone including the CEO as well if you have something to discuss, everyone in firm is ready to help/listen/feedback
Cons
I won’t say it’s a con but I would really suggest that there must be more interaction between Indian office and Zurich office for more knowledge sharing.
Pros
Work life balance is amazing, employees are valued like actual people not a number on a spreadsheet. Benefits are the best in the industry and an unmatched culture. Working for a Swiss-based company is amazing!
Cons
At times company direction could be better defined, but overall great communication from the C suite and the company is very stable and profitable.
