Pros

The company has a great product and clear vision of what it needs to create for its clients. It’s exciting to work on creating really unique features. There are great senior engineers with a lot of knowledge that you can learn from.

Cons

The company has recently taken on a minority investor and since its value and culture has changed. In a yearning for growth, leadership has started to demand creating solutions that are sub-par. There is constant reshuffling and restructuring, leaving people redundant and feeling devalued.

Pros

The company has been around for 10 years and is growing. Still has a strong start up vibe and laid back culture (jeans and flip flops are in the dress code). The senior management team are fantastic at giving autonomy to staff and managers. They are also great at being clear and transparent in terms of the company performance, they know their metrics!

Cons

Some more work socials would be nice to help everyone get to know each other a bit more across teams.

- quick to make important decisions - flexible and agile (large organizations are slooooow to do anything) - keen to encourage and keep the working culture fun (and serious when required) - Axomic dinners are great fun and create a team bond

Cons

- communication on product changes has been lacking in the past - not everyone in the company has a feel for how we're doing revenue wise
