      -Great leaders and managers -Great PTO flexibility -Fully remote -Great pay -work/life balance

      Cons

      -can be difficult to connect with co-workers while fully remote, but ultimately we all prefer to be remote so no complaints

      - Possibility of Advancement - Great Management - Plenty of PTO (extra days for ProDev which is a 1st for me) - Flexibility for family/personal issues - Best Medical benefits for Individuals - I can ask for help and feel supported
