* Overall management and planning in the company is the weakest side. Often the development is in panic-mode. * 99% of work is integration tasks and no actual development. hacks and demos. * hectic changes of projects and tasks * career opportunities are really low. No changes for anybody ever

The US based Bluetooth software team has a decent market share in the automotive segment Good exposure to Bluetooth protocol Pay is decent

Cons

Authoritarian, passive aggressive management practices No opportunities for career growth There is only one revenue stream with auto which will be threatened in the near future and no real vision to diversify or expand into other markets Very poor people management practices. If you don't fit the exact mold of how they want you to do things you will quickly fall out of favor.
