A mess

Pros

Location can't think of anything else

Cons

People in this company are really rude, they have no sense of respect to employees, especially HR. If you don't speak Spanish you'll feel really isolated as no one cares about foreigners in this company. There's no clear career path so it's unlikely to get promoted any time soon. They say they are a different bank, but honestly their digital products are common and uninspiring to work on. I didn't enjoy my time there and wouldn't recommend this company.

Pros

Not bad pay, office location

Cons

- Everything is just chaos. - Colleagues of mine working full weekends in order to meet impossible deadlines. - Nobody values your work and it is irrelevant unless something goes wrong. - Like a consultancy firm, but without any benefits present in consultancy (such as promotions or large variety of projects)
