With efforts from everyone in our team, we have successfully coordinated with each other during WFH. This helped us in achieving not just the individual targets, but team targets as well. This helped us during these tough times too.

Reaching to where I am today became possible only due to the management and the seniors over here. It has been a rising graph for me with their constant support. They showed confidence in me and gave me responsibilities. After I proved myself, they ensured my growth.

Cons

I always prefer to look at the brighter side rather than complaining.

Pros

Working from home was a new thing for all of us. However, due to the company’s support and helping hand, we were able to adjust to it quite fast. In fact, now we are comfortable with it and are working just like we did from the office. Thanks to the management for the same.

Cons

Cannot meet with the colleagues during WFH. However, it is understood that this is the need of the hour.
