Pros

- free items and a generous gift bag at the end - get to see behind the scenes of the editorial world - get to put O Magazine on your resume - get to see new clothing and accessories before they're released to the public

Cons

-no pay just credit - don't actually get to do anything that will help you learn about the industry - when interesting things such as meetings or run throughs happen you will be asked to stay out of the way - uninterested/rude editors - tense environement - can't leave for lunch or eat outside of the closet - do the same thing everyday - can't ask to leave and must work until someone tells you you can go - 10 hour days were common - will never meet Oprah - will have to take subways and sometimes taxis to run errands
