      The company has mostly a hire and fire policy. They give you false promises of new projects that will come when they are hiring and then fire you after a couple of months.

      A Start-up in which you can work for your soul knowledge

      Pros

      As its a startup - you will get to work a wide spectrum of technology. When your manager is genuine ,your work life will be smooth, luckily I got one. In case if its the opposite work life is gonna be right opposite to smooth.

      Cons

      You are expected to face cost cutting strategies... Yearly hikes will be limited to minimum but guaranteed. Bonus not guaranteed.
