Pros

Very cutting edge products (Laser based 3D imaging, terrain mapping, space). Good co-workers.

Cons

After I joined during the first few years it was great. But, when the owner's son took over, it was only the ass kissers who got promoted. Another way to get a promotion, or even protection by management was to sleep around with your manager.

- interesting Tech - You get to work with really nice individual, however the culture is a mess and as a team it sucks. - There is a good benefit package . - Flexible timing ( which mostly means you need to stay late to get the job done)

Cons

- There is no investment on developing the culture - Company does not value interpersonal and technical skills development - Everything is rushed and not thought trough on a name of agile, which is not aligned with company resources and procedures - People are getting micromanaged - Projects are like warroom 24-7! - Limited advancement opportunities
