The company fosters a very supportive and inclusive work culture.

Cons

During peak periods, the workload can become quite intense, leading to stress. While management is supportive, the high demand can be overwhelming at times. Although there is a 401k plan, the company doesn't offer a matching contribution, which is a drawback compared to some other companies.
