Growing company, things are always changing so you do need to be adaptable.

to many family members in high places. they allow them to do what they want and a lot of favoritism is shown to people "approved" by family. they also ask staff to post on here to remove the other bad posts about family. it is all true. the support people are treated poorly and dont have same benefits of other like working at home. they penalize you for being sick especially around a holiday. they seem to only care about managers and family. they had a good hr girl that seemed to care about us but she recently left and now it is back to how it was. glad i gave notice and am on my way out, it has gotten so much worse since that hr girl left. they told me i would get promoted and that never happened just complained about me being a few minutes late sometimes.
