      • Pay once a week. • Ongoing contracts

      Cons

      • A number of their clients are known for the toxic work environments. The recruiters will then give you false hope of how they are going to solve all the problems and make it better, this of course never happens. • Pay is well below average. • They don’t test candidates as they need anyone they can get to work for their clients to bring them an income. • Money hungry recruiters, who come across as desperate so they can get their commission. • They don’t pay all public holidays either.

      Collaborative Environment with Great Leadership

      Pros

      I was hired in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. The online training was incredible. As a seasoned recruiter, I learned a lot which helped in my success through the last 3 years. The CEO is always available for feedback, advice or just to listen to the day to day challenges. The team is small yet might. It is a collaborative group that figured out how to navigate through a remote and hybrid work environment. I like the transparency and the dedication and honesty of the leadership team. OCS is a great boutique recruitment firm and one that I am super proud to represent.

      Pros

      Greatest training and mentorship, great leadership. Generalist recruitment, providing exposure to many different industries. Leadership will work with you, recognizing your strengths and weaknesses and either building on the first or working around/with the latter showing flexibility and belief in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding and fast paced. This comes from a place of dedication on the managers' side but can be a bit overwhelming.
