The recruiters will then give you false hope of how they are going to solve all the problems and make it better, this of course never happens. • Pay is well below average. • They don’t test candidates as they need anyone they can get to work for their clients to bring them an income. • Money hungry recruiters, who come across as desperate so they can get their commission. • They don’t pay all public holidays either.
