Pros

Plenty of continued learning classes for free. Good PTO. Hours are flexible.

Cons

Every year there is a new wave of layoffs and no one is ever replaced, putting strain on remaining employees. There is very little opportunity to move departments or roles. Most of the time when a job is posted, it’s already been filled, they’re just required to post it. This makes it extremely difficult to advance in your career or get into a role you’re interested in. There hasn’t been any type of pay increase to assist with inflation. Even the yearly raises were way less this year, including for those who are top performers. Leadership and teams are constantly changing based on a “volun-told” basis. Aka, you can be moved teams/departments regardless of your current role without being asked.
