Pros

Overtime is time and a half Scheduled lunches and breaks Pay is decent

Cons

- Mandatory overtime every week, never ends - Insane metrics to hit. You will suffer. - Low metrics numbers 1 day even when you are usually always high? You'll hear about it - Something in the system went wrong and your numbers were affected? Deal with it - Timekeeping system screw up your metrics? Deal with it, management doesn't care and you'll be ignored if you bring it up. - No time to check emails or do any of the other things you need to do. - Favorites shown - WFH with zero team camraderie, I feel like a contractor. - Management does absolutely ZERO to develop you. - The absolute definition of drudgery - Worst computer system I've ever seen, doesn't even have an inherent DDI or OMD catcher - Constantly new processes introduced through cumbersome emails with no easy-access central database to quickly get all info.

Pros

I can work from home.

Cons

The company views you as a number and will treat you as such. I was recently told that my job was going to be eliminated, but instead of offering a severance package I was being moved to another job. The job is a call center job for home delivery of pharmaceuticals. We had to make a decision in 2 business days, however, we were not told if the job was remote or not, if we are receiving or making calls, who we would be talking to, or what our schedule is. I accepted, but found out the business day before the new job started that I would need to have 5am-11pm availability, 7 days a week. My schedule previously was 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This was a HUGE shock to all of us, including the people who were facilitating the transfers. They thought that we knew what the job entailed. The entire situation was handled so poorly. There was virtually no communication, we still haven't received any information about who we're supposed to reach out to in HR. We won't find out who our manager is or what shift we will have for another 2 weeks. Needless to say, I have put in my resignation notice.

Pros

Work from home, They provide the equipment

Cons

Toxic work atmosphere! Poverty wages. Toxic positivity, they place swarmy cooperate shills in all supervisory roles. 60 hours/ week mandatory overtime January-April, and they will fire you if you burn out. We have to lie to the customers about a number of things and that the blame no matter what-essentially be the whipping post for a shoddy company. My paycheck is written by United Healthcare Group and the health insurance is the worst I've ever had.... and I work for an insurance company . They try to entice you with performance bonuses, but then constantly move the goal posts and require absurd conditioned to them, make them like a carnival game. They are abusive to your work-life balance. This place desperately needs a union!
