Pros

Really nothing. Salary is low, no benefits at all. Just avoid this company at all cost.

Cons

The entire working culture is toxic, directors and managers are sick, they just keep pushing us to fulfill nonsense request from clients, and blamed everything on us to look good in front of them. No encouragement at all, just blaming and teasing. Colleagues not helpful at all, and no teamwork ever. Everyone just worked on their projects. They were also very harsh and pushed people away for most of the time. That’s why the turnover rate is so high that some of them just stayed for a week and go. No benefits at all. We can’t take your entitled holiday freely because they just don’t allow it. Required us to go online 7/24. We were heavily loaded with more than 6 projects on hand at a time. This place was a hell.
