      - Great for entrepreneurs - Supportive management - Incredibly friendly colleagues - Hard working team - Each colleague owns their indicidual career development - The most junior person will be granted an adencenwth leadership of they so choose.

      - Candidates who need firmly esablished operational instructions may struggle. - If you don’t ask you won’t get (as with everything in life) - Each colleague owns their indicidual career development (No place for wall-flowers)
