Pros

I wish I could tell you there were good things about the position, but at this point I can't think of a single one

Cons

Arguably one of the worst companies I've ever had the pleasure to work for. All full-time CRC's were demoted to part-time with ZERO notice or time to prepare. This was done by the newly hired HR department as a way to cut cost and not have to pay benefits to employees. The employees are pressured in to working 60-70 hours every week due to the staffing shortage (company hasn't adequately staffed the CRC position for more than 6 months now). The promise of "if you work hard there are other positions to move in to" is completely false. Complete overhaul of the Executive Management team (CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO) was intended to bring success to Ora but has only resulted in the prioritization of profits over any semblance of growth or loyalty to the employee. I wouldn't wish this toxic work environment on my worst enemy

Pros

Able to gain valuable clinical trial experience right out of college, was able to work with some very awesome people and made some life-long friends, some of the upper management is outstanding while others leave a lot to be desired,

Cons

Office politics and small family business drama was intolerable, little room for growth, company has MANY enemies, upper management often unprofessional, high burn out rate, hard work that is above and beyond what is required often goes unnoticed.
